Ruling on receiving the fee for a secondment if the work is completed before the specified secondment period

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I am an employee, and we employees were seconded outside the Riyadh region to supervise the installation of computer equipment. These secondments are for five or six days, which are counted for us, but if we work hard, we can finish in two days, since we do not need the presence of employees until 'Asr or at night. Is it permissible for me to take the fee for the extra secondment?
If, may Allah reward you, the secondment is for a specific job, then once you finish the job, you are entitled to the secondment fee, even if the period is longer, as in the example you mentioned. You were seconded to arrange things or something else for five days, and you finished in two days, so there is no blame on you for taking the fee set for you for five days. However, if it is based on time, then you must spend the full time, just as if you were seconded to work for five days, you must work for five days. But if it is said: You were seconded for a job, so as I told you, if you complete it within the specified time or before it, there is no blame.
