As for the pure disbelievers, they will never see Allah, as Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Mutaffifin 83:15].
As for the pure believers, they will see Allah (Mighty and Majestic) on the Day of Resurrection and in Paradise, as Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Qiyamah 75:22-23].
As for the hypocrites, they will see Allah in the plains of the Resurrection, but they will not see Him after that. This is the greatest cause of regret for them: that they enjoy the sight of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and then are veiled from Him.
