The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
The author, (may Allah have mercy on him), Muhyi al-Din al-Nawawi, said in his book *Riyad al-Salihin*, in: "The Chapter on the Remembrance of Death and the Shortening of Hope":
[Al-Munafiqun 63:10-11].
Allah commanded us to spend from what He has provided for us, meaning what He has given us, and warned us of what is inevitable:[Al-Munafiqun 63:10], and at that time, the person will regret not having spent.
And he says:[Al-Munafiqun 63:10]
[Al-Munafiqun 63:10]
Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said:[Al-Munafiqun 63:11]:
When the term arrives, it is not possible for a person to be delayed, not even for a moment; rather, he must die in the duration that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has decreed according to what His wisdom requires.
So some people have a long life in this world, and some have a short one, just as some people have abundant provision and some have little, some have abundant knowledge and some have little, some have strong understanding and some have weak, some are tall and some are short, so Allah, Mighty and Majestic, created His servants differing in every respect.
And Allah, Mighty and Majestic, said:[Al-Munafiqun 63:9].
The author, (may Allah have mercy on him), Muhyi al-Din al-Nawawi, said in his book *Riyad al-Salihin*, in: "The Chapter on the Remembrance of Death and the Shortening of Hope":
(10) And spend [in the way of Allah] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous." (11) But never will Allah delay a soul when its time has come. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do.
Allah commanded us to spend from what He has provided for us, meaning what He has given us, and warned us of what is inevitable:

When the term arrives, it is not possible for a person to be delayed, not even for a moment; rather, he must die in the duration that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has decreed according to what His wisdom requires.
