Explanation of the Book of Ablution, Ghusl, Menstruation, and Tayammum-04b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Al-Nadr narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us from al-Hakam from Dhikwan, Abu Salih, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri:
That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent for a man from the Ansar, and he came, and his head was dripping. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perhaps we hastened you." He said: "Yes." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If you are hastened or in a state of drought, then perform wudu."
.
Wahb followed him, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us. Abu 'Abdullah said: And Ghundar and Yahya did not say from Shu'bah: "wudu."

The Shaykh : This also contains evidence for what we mentioned first, that nothing breaks the state of purity except what comes out of the two passages. However, the hadith narrated by 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding one who has intercourse but does not ejaculate, meaning he does not discharge his semen, he said:
He washes his private part and performs wudu as he performs wudu for prayer.
And he said that he heard it from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). This is marfu' and is not the opinion of 'Umar.
But it was in the beginning, then it was abrogated. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When a man sits in between the four parts of a woman and did the sexual intercourse with her, bath becomes compulsory.
Sahih al-Bukhari 291
And in a narration by Muslim:
and even if he does not ejaculate
, so this is among the abrogated rulings.
And in this there is also evidence for the obligation of washing the private part after intercourse, due to his saying:
He performs wudu and washes his private part.
This is a matter of disagreement, and the basis of the disagreement is whether the moisture of the woman's private part is pure or impure.
So whoever says it is impure obligates the one who has intercourse and does not ejaculate to wash his private part, and whoever says it is pure does not obligate him to wash his private part, because he touched something pure.
