The reader: "The one who prays, unlike the prayer on a mount or toward a single direction that is reasonable, and the rest of the discussion on the hadith of Ibn 'Umar will come in the chapters on the sutrah of the one who prays, if Allah wills. It was said: The reason for the prohibition of separating camels from sheep is that the custom of camel owners is to defecate near them, thereby defiling their resting places, while the custom of sheep owners is to refrain from doing so. Al-Tahawi reported this from Shurayk and found it unlikely, and he also criticized the one who said, '

The Shaykh : That is incorrect.
The reader: Criticized.

The Shaykh : He criticized, he criticized
The reader: "and he also criticized the one who said: That is because of what is in their grazing grounds of their urine and dung; because the resting places of sheep share that with them. He said: Reasoning necessitates not separating between camels and sheep in prayer and other matters, as is the position of his followers. It was rebutted that this contradicts the authentic hadiths that explicitly state the separation, so it is an analogy with defective consideration. the earth has been made for me a place of worship and a means of purification. جعلت لي الأرض مسجدا وطهورا
Sunan Ibn Majah 567Sahih (Darussalam)
with the hadiths of this chapter by interpreting them as a recommendation of disapproval (makruh tanzi), and this is more appropriate. And Allah knows best. Addition: It occurred in Musnad Ahmad from the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray in the resting places of sheep and did not pray in the resting places of camels and cows أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - كان يصلي في مرابض الغنم ولا يصلي في مرابض الإبل والبقر
, and its chain is weak. If it were established, it would indicate that the ruling for cows is the same as for camels, contrary to what Ibn al-Mundhir mentioned: that cows are like sheep in this matter."
