Explanation of the Book of Prayer and Its Times-08b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, saying: Yahya narrated to us, saying: Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Qays narrated to us from Jarir ibn 'Abd Allah, who said:
I gave the pledge of allegiance to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) for the following: 1. offer prayers perfectly 2. pay the Zakat (obligatory charity) 3. and be sincere and true to every Muslim. بايعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على إقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة والنصح لكل مسلم
Sahih al-Bukhari 57
.

The Shaykh : The word "pledged" (ba'aytu) is originally derived from extending the arm or the hand, meaning to shake the hand of the one pledging, and it is an allusion to strengthening the commitment.
I gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ) for offering prayer perfectly, giving Zakat بايع الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم على إقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة
Sahih al-Bukhari 1401
The first is a pure right belonging to Allah, and the second is shared, the payment of the alms, because it includes a share for people, and the third is specific to the creation, so these are three foundations.
