The Shaykh : along with its recommended practices. And in this regard, for men, establishing prayer in congregation in the mosques with the congregation is part of establishing prayer. Whoever misses the congregation without an excuse is sinful. In fact, according to some scholars, such as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him), if one prays without an excuse other than with the congregation, his prayer is invalid and rejected, not accepted from him. However, the majority, and this is the correct view, is that it is valid despite the sin. This is the correct view: that whoever leaves the congregational prayer without an excuse, his prayer is valid, but he is sinful. This is the stronger opinion and the well-known view in the madhhab of Imam Ahmad, and it is the view of the majority of those who said that congregational prayer is obligatory. And among establishing the congregation in prayer is: humility in it. Humility is the presence of the heart and its contemplation of what the worshipper says and does. This is a matter of great importance, because prayer without humility is like a body without a soul. If you pray and your heart wanders in every valley, then you are only performing physical movements. But if your heart is present, you feel that you are before Allah (Mighty and Majestic), whispering to Him with His words and drawing near to Him through His remembrance and supplication. This is the core of prayer, its spirit. As for his saying: giving zakah means giving it to those who are entitled to it. This encompasses both the right of Allah and the right of the servants. As for it being a right of Allah, it is because Allah made zakah obligatory upon His servants and made it one of the pillars of Islam. As for it being a right of the human being, it is because of what it contains of fulfilling the needs of the needy and those in need, and other known benefits in knowing the people of zakah. As for his saying: Sahih al-Bukhari 13 This advice is that you love for your brothers what you love for yourself, such that what pleases them pleases you, and what angers them angers you, and you treat them as you would like to be treated. This chapter is very broad and vast. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) negated faith from whoever does not love for his brother what he loves for himself in everything. The negation of faith, the scholars said, means the negation of complete faith, meaning: your faith is not complete until you love for your brother what you love for yourself. It does not mean the negation of faith entirely because he pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to give sincere advice to every Muslim. And if the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pledges allegiance with someone regarding something that is not specific to him, it is general for all people. All people have pledged allegiance to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) to give sincere advice to every Muslim, and indeed to establish prayer, give zakah, and give sincere advice to every Muslim. The pledge here means a covenant, because the term pledge is used for buying and selling and for a covenant, as Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Fath 48:10] It is called a pledge because each of the two parties extends his arm to the other, meaning his hand, in order to hold his hand and say: I pledge to you regarding such and such and such. And success is from Allah.

إيتاء الزكاةgiving sincere advice to every Muslim
النصح لكل مسلمNone of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself.
لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى يحب لأخيه ما يحب لنفسهIt is mentioned that Jarir ibn Abdullah al-Bajali (may Allah be pleased with him), when he pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to give sincere advice to every Muslim, bought a horse from a man for dirhams. When he bought it—I think for two hundred dirhams—he bought it and took it away, and found that it was worth more. He returned to the seller and said to him: Your horse is worth more. So he gave him what he considered to be its value. Then he left and tested the horse, and found that it was worth more than what he had given him last. He returned to him and said to him: Your horse is worth more. So he gave him what he considered to be its value. And so a third time, until it reached from two hundred dirhams to eight hundred dirhams.
Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you, [O Muhammad] - they are actually pledging allegiance to Allah
