The meaning of the poet's statement: "He says: I am not one who asks others about the conditions of the servants; I am the One of great importance. Who is it who asks Me? I give him what he seeks. Who is it who repents to Me from disobedience?"

The Shaykh :"He says: I am not one who asks others about the conditions of the servants; I am the One of great importance"
He says, Mighty and Majestic is He: "Who asks about My servants other than Me?" It is He, Mighty and Majestic, who asks about His servants. It is not a question of seeking guidance or ignorance, for He is All-Knowing, but a question of care regarding their needs. He says:
"Who is it who asks Me? I give him what he seeks. Who is it who repents to Me from disobedience?"
"Who is it who asks Me? I forgive his sin, for I am the Loving One, the vast in forgiveness"
"Who is it who seeks healing from his illness? I am the Near One, the One who answers whoever calls upon Me"
Glorified and Exalted is He. All of this is said by Allah, Mighty and Majestic. He Himself offers to His servants that they repent, seek forgiveness, and ask, just as He offered to Himself that they believe:
O you who have believed, shall I guide you يا أيها الذين آمنوا هل أدلكم
[As-Saf 61:10]
Shall I direct you هل أدلكم
"Would you like Me to direct you to a trade that will save you from a painful punishment?" It is He, Mighty and Majestic, who is offering it. What is the answer? Yes, direct us, O our Lord, and grant us success in it.
Shall I direct you هل أدلكم
It is an encouragement and an offer to the servants. Yes.
you believe in Allah and His Messenger تؤمنون بالله ورسوله
[As-Saf 61:11]
This is also in the night, in the last part of the night. May Allah make us and you among those who stand in prayer in the last part of the night. He says: Who is it who repents? Who seeks forgiveness? Who asks? Who seeks healing? Healing of the heart, healing of the body, whatever it may be.
"This is His affair, Glorified and Exalted is He, until the dawn becomes a second dawn"
That is, until the second dawn appears, for there are two dawns, and this has been mentioned previously, so there is no need to repeat it.
