The Shaykh :"Repent to the Most Merciful from your denial of the divine attributes ***"
May Allah reward him with good. When Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned the transgression and tyranny they were upon, he did not despair them of the mercy of Allah; rather, he called them to repentance, and whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance. Look at His saying, the Exalted:[Al-Furqan 25:68] This is shirk (associating partners with Allah), the opposite of this shirk is [Al-Furqan 25:68] This is transgression against souls Transgression against honor, the greatest transgression against honor is zina (unlawful sexual intercourse), the greatest transgression against souls is killing, the greatest transgression against the right of Allah is shirk. These are [Al-Furqan 25:68-70] [Al-Furqan 25:70] So Allah, Mighty and Majestic, accepts repentance. For this reason, he said:
"Repent to the Most Merciful from your denial of the divine attributes *** For the Lord accepts the repentance of the remorseful"
Repentance based on remorse is true repentance, whereas repentance based on anything else is incomplete. Indeed, the scholars have made remorse one of the conditions for the acceptance of repentance.
"Whoever among you repents, Paradise is his destination ***" Even if he was.

And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity
والذين لا يدعون مع الله إلها آخرor kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right
ولا يقتلون النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحقAnd they do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse
ولا يزنونwho do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. (69) Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated - (70) Except for those who repent
Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work
إلا من تاب وآمن وعمل عملا صالحا"Repent to the Most Merciful from your denial of the divine attributes *** For the Lord accepts the repentance of the remorseful"
Repentance based on remorse is true repentance, whereas repentance based on anything else is incomplete. Indeed, the scholars have made remorse one of the conditions for the acceptance of repentance.
