(Explanation that all of Allah's actions return to His Essence, including His rising above the Throne) For by His Essence He created the highest heavens *** Then He rose above by His Essence, so understand these two, the pronoun of the action

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This is a great benefit. He says:
"For by His Essence He created the highest heavens *** Then He rose above by His Essence, so understand these two"
We read the verse
Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne إن ربكم الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام ثم استوى على العرش
[Al-A'raf 7:54]
Did He create by His Essence? Good. He rose above by His Essence. All actions return to the Essence. If they return to the Essence, why do we distinguish and say that He did not rise above by His Essence but rather by His Power, while we say He created by His Essence?
"For by His Essence He created the highest heavens *** Then He rose above by His Essence, so understand these two"
He said: "these two" based on the fact that the dual requires the alif, even if it is in the accusative or genitive case.
"The pronoun of the action of rising above returns *** to the Essence that was mentioned without distinction"
Is it clear? The pronoun of the action of rising above in His saying:
Then He rose above the Throne ثم استوى على العرش
, yes, "returns *** to the Essence that was mentioned without distinction"
Where is the Essence that was mentioned? His saying
Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created إن ربكم الله الذي خلق
[Al-A'raf 7:54]
is the same Lord
the heavens and earth in six days and then established السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام ثم استوى
[Al-A'raf 7:54]
meaning: the Lord who created.
