Question:
This is a questioner for the program, your brother from Sudan (L. A. L), who says in this question: Your Eminence, belief in the names and attributes is among the most important conditions for the completion of the correct creed, and among them is: rising above the Throne. However, we find in some countries that they say: that Allah is in every place. What do you advise them? And if they die upon this, are they outside the religion? Please rule for us in detail.
May Allah reward you with good.
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
This is a very important and great question, and it is obligatory for every Muslim to pay attention to it. The Lord (Exalted and Majestic is He) has clarified it in His great Book, clarifying the answer in His great Book , which is belief in the exaltation of Allah and His rising above His Throne. The great Book of Allah has indicated in seven places that He, Glorified is He, is above the Throne, having risen above it in a manner befitting His majesty and greatness, not resembling His creation in any of that , as He (Exalted and Majestic is He) said in Surat al-A'raf: [al-A'raf:54]. In seven places in the Qur'an, among which is His saying (Exalted and Majestic is He) in Surat Ta-Ha: [Ta-Ha:5].
The position of the people of the Sunnah and the community is belief in this, and that He, Glorified is He, is above the Throne in the exaltation, having risen above the Throne in a manner befitting His majesty and greatness, as the Exalted said: [Ghafir:12]. He, Glorified is He, said: [al-Baqarah:255]. He, Glorified is He, said: [al-Ma'arij:4]. He, Glorified is He, said: [Fatir:10], up to many verses indicating His exaltation, Glorified is He, and that He is above the Throne, above all creation. This is the statement of the people of the Sunnah and the community, and it is what the prophets (peace and blessings be upon them) all brought, and it is what the great Qur'an indicated, and what the mass-transmitted Sunnah of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) indicated, and the Muslims agreed upon it, the Companions and those after them. And whoever claims that Allah is in every place has committed disbelief; because he is a denier of Allah and His Messenger, and a denier of the consensus of the Muslims.
So it is obligatory for everyone who holds this belief to repent to Allah, and to abandon his great sin, and to believe that Allah, Glorified is He, is in the exaltation, above the Throne, above all creation (Exalted and Majestic is He). Yes.

Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds.
The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established.
The position of the people of the Sunnah and the community is belief in this, and that He, Glorified is He, is above the Throne in the exaltation, having risen above the Throne in a manner befitting His majesty and greatness, as the Exalted said:
So the judgement is with Allah, the Most High, the Grand."
فَالْحُكْمُ لِلَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْكَبِيرِand their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
The angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.
To Him ascends good speech, and righteous work raises it
So it is obligatory for everyone who holds this belief to repent to Allah, and to abandon his great sin, and to believe that Allah, Glorified is He, is in the exaltation, above the Throne, above all creation (Exalted and Majestic is He).
