Commentary on the poet’s statement: “So the one who negates the attributes is truly the one who negates tawhid (the oneness of Allah); indeed, these are two negations”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :“So the one who negates the attributes is truly the one who negates tawhid (the oneness of Allah); indeed, these are two negations”
The one who negates the attributes is undoubtedly one who negates tawhid (the oneness of Allah). The one who likens Allah to creation, and the one who likens the attributes to those of others… is one who negates tawhid… He is undoubtedly a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah). The one who says that Isa (Jesus) is like the Lord is a mushrik, and the one who says that the attributes of Allah are like the attributes of others is a mushrik. The one who negates the attributes is also a mushrik, because… you need someone to remove the evil from you and bring you good. If the attributes of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) are negated… how can He not possess an attribute? It is impossible. So they turn to others and place their hopes in others, and thus they commit shirk (associating partners with Allah).
“So the one who negates the attributes is truly the one who negates tawhid (the oneness of Allah); indeed, these are two negations” What are they? Negating the attributes, and negating tawhid (the oneness of Allah).
