The Shaykh : This which the author mentioned is explicit in hadiths narrated by al-Bukhari and others. And his saying: "Among them is Abu Bakr" is because Abu Bakr asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said:
O Messenger of Allah, what is upon the one who is called from one of these gates of necessity? يا رسول الله، ما على من دعي من باب من هذه الأبواب من ضرورة
meaning: that a person be called from one gate without any necessity, meaning without any problem, he can be called.
Will anybody be called from all of those gates?" He replied, "Yes, and I hope that you will be one of them." فهل يدعى أحد من جميع تلك الأبواب؟ قال: نعم، وأرجو أن تكون منهم

It is said: The one whose most and best deed is fasting, for example, is called from the gate of fasting, even if he has another righteous deed that has a gate, if he gives charity. And the one whose most and best deed is charity is called from the gate of charity, even if he has fasting and prayer. And the one who prays the most and prays the best is called from the gate of? From the gate of prayer, yes.
