Is it permissible for a woman to gather her hair from the front on a specific Friday, by parting it from the front at an angle, and is this action considered among the actions of the women who lean and cause others to lean?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling on gathering hair from the front in a specific direction, such that a woman parts her hair from the front at an angle? And is the action of this woman considered among the actions of the women who lean and cause others to lean?

The Shaykh : First, it is obligatory for a woman, in arranging and beautifying her head hair, to avoid two things. The first thing: she must avoid cutting her head hair so that it resembles a man's hair, because if she cuts her head hair until it is like a man's head hair, she becomes one who imitates men.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he cursed the women who imitate men and the men who imitate women.
Second: she must not arrange it in a way that resembles the hair of the women of the disbelievers, for that is forbidden, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
He who copies any people is one of them. من تشبّه بقوم فهو منهم
Sunan Abi Dawud 4031Hasan Sahih (Al-Albani)
.
Based on this, we say: if a woman arranges her head hair in a sound manner free from this, then there is nothing wrong with it. However, many scholars have held that the slanted parting falls under the saying of the Messenger (peace be upon him):
Two are the types of the denizens of Hell whom I did not see: people having flogs like the tails of the ox with them and they would be beating people, and the women who would be dressed but appear to be naked, who would be inclined (to evil) and make their husbands صنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما بعد: قوم معهم سياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس، ونساء كاسيات عاريات مائلات مميلات
Sahih Muslim 2128
. They said: this slanted parting falls under his saying:
leaning and causing others to lean مائلات مميلات
. Likewise, many scholars have held that a woman cutting her head hair is disliked in all cases, and this is the well-known position in the school of Imam Ahmad. Others have held that it is forbidden for a woman to cut her head hair except in Hajj or 'Umrah.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. This questioner says, O honorable Shaykh, from al-Qassim.
