Recitation from the poet’s words: “This is the lowest of them, and none among them is low… until his words… ‘I have brought you to the lowly place’”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: “This is the lowest of them, and none among them is low *** From above that, the musk is like sand dunes
They have no people of the pulpits above them *** From what they see of their kindness
They see their Lord, the Exalted, openly *** The gaze of direct vision, as the two moons are seen
And the Most Merciful converses with each of them *** As a beloved converses, saying, ‘O son of so-and-so
Do you remember the day when you were’

The Shaykh : Perhaps
The reciter: Have

The Shaykh : Have you been
The reciter: “Do you remember the day when you have”

The Shaykh : In which you have been
The reciter: “Do you remember the day when you have been in *** it, contending with sin and disobedience”
He says, ‘O my Lord’

The Shaykh : He says, ‘Lord,’ without the letter yaa
The reciter: He says, ‘O my Lord’

The Shaykh : He says, ‘Lord,’ without the yaa, do you have a yaa?
The reader: No

The Shaykh : Very well.
The reciter: “He says, ‘O Lord, have You not bestowed forgiveness”

The Shaykh : With forgiveness
The reciter: “He says, ‘O Lord, have You not bestowed forgiveness *** in the past, for You are vast in forgiveness
The Most Merciful answers him, ‘My forgiveness is that *** which has brought you to the lowly place’”
