O You Who Turn Away From What Is Sought From You, And Indeed The Journey Has Begun, So Its End Is Near (Grammatical Analysis of "O You Who Turn Away" and Clarification That What Is Sought From the Servant in This World Is the Worship of Allah)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The author (may Allah have mercy on him) says:
"O you who turns away from what is sought from him, and indeed the journey has begun, so its end is near"
"O you who turns away" is an address, meaning one who turns away. Therefore, it is in the accusative case because it is an indefinite noun not intended for specific reference.
"From what is sought from him" And what is sought from him? It is the worship of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), whose ultimate goal is recompense: if good, then good; if evil, then evil.
"And indeed *** the journey has begun, so its end is near"
The journey we are making toward the Hereafter is very, very earnest, night and day, awake and asleep, earnest. And whoever travels on the path will arrive, especially a traveler who does not rest at any moment, in any hour, in any state. For this reason, he said: "So its end is near"
