Discussion of the addition of some people: Tawhid al-Mutaba'ah.

The Shaykh : Some people added something else, saying: Tawhid al-Mutaba'ah. This is a greater error than the first. Tawhid al-Mutaba'ah does not pertain to the oneness of Allah, because it pertains to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Do we not follow anyone other than him? Therefore, there is no need to mention it, because our following of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) is part of tawhid al-uluhiyyah (oneness of worship) with regard to Allah. As for with regard to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), yes, it is obligatory for us to single him out in following and not to take a path other than the path, because every religious innovation is misguidance. Let us settle and reassure ourselves that the categories of tawhid are three, as indicated by the Qur'an, and the scholars have nearly agreed upon them. The first? The name?
