Who said who preceded the Shaykh al-Islam in stating that the prostration for forgetfulness is obligatory, even if the interval is long?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some people say, who preceded the Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) in his statement... The four Imams all agree that there is no harm in prostrating before the taslim or after the taslim, so who preceded the Shaykh al-Islam in this?

The Shaykh : The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) preceded him, he commanded it, and Allah the Exalted said:
So let those beware who dissent from the Prophet's order, lest fitnah strike them or a painful punishment. فليحذر الذين يخالفون عن أمره أن تصيبهم فتنة أو يصيبهم عذاب أليم
[An-Nur 24:63]
And if you were to investigate, you would find those who hold that view.
