Does this hadith contradict the other hadith: (None of you should pray the 'Asr prayer except at Banu Qurayzah)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... Does this hadith contradict the other hadith:
None of you should pray the 'Asr prayer except at Banu Qurayzah لا يصلين أحدكم العصر إلا في بني قريضة
Some of the Companions delayed the 'Asr prayer?

The Shaykh : Is there a problem with this, O 'Abd Allah?

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : He did not say:
They do not pray. لا يصلين
meaning they delayed the prayer, but rather meaning they hastened to leave. For this reason, the understanding of the Companions who prayed at its proper time was closer to the truth than that of those who delayed it. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) did not want them to leave the prayer unperformed until they prayed it; that would serve no purpose. He wanted them to hasten to leave so that they would not pray it except there. It is like when you send a person, for example, to a place and say, "See, do not pray Maghrib except there." By that, you mean to hasten the departure.
