Raziq was an agent over a land he was working, and there was a group of Sudanese and others in it, and Raziq was in charge of Ayla at that time. So Ibn Shihab wrote, and I was hearing, ordering him to gather them, informing him that Salim had narrated to him that Abdullah ibn Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Every one of you is a shepherd, and every one of you is responsible for his flock. The woman is a shepherd in her husband's house and is responsible for her flock. The slave is a shepherd in his master's wealth and is responsible for his flock. He said: And I think he said: The man is a shepherd in his father's wealth and is responsible for his flock. And every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock.
