Continuation of the benefits of the hadith regarding the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) admonishing the women on the day of the festival.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In this hadith, there is evidence for the permissibility of leaning on another person when there is a need, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was leaning on the hand of Bilal. However, this is on the condition that the other person does not object to it. If one person is walking with another and says, "I want to lean on your shoulder," without his consent, that is not permissible. But if we know that he permits it, or even takes pleasure in it, there is no doubt that Bilal, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) leaned on his hand, was certainly pleased by it.
It also contains the eagerness of the Companions to hasten in obeying the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Did you not know that when the women were encouraged to give charity, one of them would take her date stones and throw them into Bilal's garment, and take her ring and throw it into Bilal's garment? This indicates the perfection of the faith of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) and the perfection of their obedience to the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
It also contains evidence that a woman is free in her wealth and may give charity as much as she wishes, whether her husband permits it or not.
In his statement:
I said to Ata, "Do you think it is a right for the imam now to come to the women and remind them when he finishes?" He said, "Indeed, that is a right upon them."قلت لعطاء أترى حقا على الإمام الآن أن يأتي النساء فيذكرهن حين يفرغ قال إن ذلك لحق عليهم
On whom? On the imams.
What prevents them from doing it? وما لهم ألا يفعلوا
What prevents them? No one prevents them.
In our present era, since the means of media have developed and the preacher can be heard by everyone, there is no need for the women to come, except if it is feared that some of the women need to ask questions. In that case, we may say that he goes to them. But this has not become the custom among us, and we have not known any scholar to give a sermon specifically to women, even when they did not use loudspeakers. Yes.
