Does the ma'mum raise his voice in the tasbih and takbir?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : That is, while waiting for the imam.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : It is not prescribed for the ma'mum to raise his voice in anything in his prayer, neither in the takbir, nor in the recitation, nor in the supplication, except when there is a need.
And what some people do on the days of the festivals with the additional takbirs, raising their voices with them, this is not a sunnah, and it was not known among us in the past. But people came to us from every direction, and perhaps in their lands they used to raise their voices with the imam, so they began to raise their voices. Therefore, the imam should, when he hears this loudness, forbid it after the prayer. Yes.
