The imam forgot and did not say the takbir aloud in his second prostration

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 21848 )
Q1: What is the ruling if the imam forgot and did not say the takbir aloud in his second prostration , does he have to perform the prostration for forgetfulness for not saying the takbir aloud, and if the imam does not perform the prostration for forgetfulness, do they—the praying congregation—have to repeat the prayer?
A1 : If the imam does not say the takbir aloud, he does not have to perform the prostration for forgetfulness for leaving off the loudness, as long as he has said the takbir quietly; because he has performed the obligatory act. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
