If the fetus is expelled before the completion of four months, is the woman considered to be in post-natal bleeding?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you: If the fetus is expelled before the completion of four months, is the woman considered to be in post-natal bleeding?

The Shaykh : Regarding post-natal bleeding, the scholars said: it is established if the creation of a human is discernible in the fetus. The creation of a human becomes discernible from eighty days and beyond, based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:
and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed ثم من مضغة مخلقة وغير مخلقة
[Al-Hajj 22:5]
. The clot begins from eighty days and beyond; it may be created. So when it is created and its legs, hands, neck, and head are distinguished, the blood becomes post-natal bleeding blood. And what comes before that, the blood is corrupt blood that does not prevent prayer, fasting, or a husband.
