The Benefits of the Verse: “Those who believe that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him”

In this noble verse, there is the affirmation of meeting Allah (Mighty and Majestic), because Allah praised those who are certain of this affirmation. Among its benefits, as many scholars have held, is the affirmation of seeing Allah (Mighty and Majestic), because a meeting does not occur without facing one another, and this means the establishment of the vision. If the argument based on this verse regarding seeing Allah holds, then that is what is sought. If the argument does not hold and there is dispute in it, we have many other proofs indicating the establishment of seeing Allah (Mighty and Majestic) on the Day of Resurrection. Among the benefits of this noble verse is that these believers are certain that they are returning to Allah in all their affairs. This necessitates several things. First: fear of Allah, because as long as you know that you are returning to Allah, you will fear Him. It also necessitates the monitoring of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), with fear in the heart and monitoring in the limbs. That is, when they know that they are returning to Allah, they will fear Him in secret and in public. It also necessitates modesty before Him, so that He does not find you where He commanded you and does not find you where He forbade you.
