What is the ruling on what is called peace, reconciliation, and recognition of the Jews, and the like?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah preserve you, O honorable Shaykh. Allah the Exalted said:
We have not neglected in the Register a thing
[Al-An'am 6:38]
And Allah the Exalted said:
But if they had referred it back to the Messenger or to those of authority among them, then the ones who [can] draw correct conclusions from it would have known about it
[An-Nisa 4:83]
.
O honorable Shaykh, there is something that has become widespread and prevalent now, which is called peace, normalization, reconciliation, and recognition of the Jews. A person wants to know the ruling on this, because analyses sometimes contradict each other. A person wants to be on clear ground so that he does not believe in something for which Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) will hold him accountable, or speak of something unless it is something true that he heard from the people of knowledge. May Allah preserve you.

The Shaykh : First: The saying of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He):
We have not neglected in the Register a thing
[Al-An'am 6:38]
The book referred to here is the Preserved Tablet, because Allah the Exalted said:
And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered.
[Al-An'am 6:38]
But the meaning you are seeking is His saying:
And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things
[An-Nahl 16:89]
So the Qur'an is an explanation of everything.
As for His saying:
But if they had referred it back to the Messenger or to those of authority among them, then the ones who [can] draw correct conclusions from it would have known about it
[An-Nisa 4:83]
This is regarding people who broadcast what they hear of good or evil, or fear or safety, as Allah the Exalted said:
And when there comes to them information about [public] security or fear, they spread it around. But if they had referred it back to the Messenger or to those of authority among them, then the ones who [can] draw correct conclusions from it would have known about it
[An-Nisa 4:83]
This indicates that a person should not be a radio; he should not broadcast every piece of news he hears, whether it is news of fear or safety, or good or evil. Rather, it may be better to keep this news that has occurred secret.
For this reason, it was the way of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) that when he intended a military expedition, he would feint in another direction so that they would not know what he intended.
