Honorable Shaykh, Allah the Exalted said: [Al-An'am: 38] ,And Allah the Exalted said: [An-Nisa: 83] O honorable Shaykh! There is something that has become widespread and prevalent now, which is called peace, reconciliation, normalization, and recognition of the Jews. A person wants to know the ruling on this, because analyses sometimes conflict, and a person wants to be certain so that he does not believe in something for which Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) will hold him accountable, and so that he does not speak of anything except what is correct and heard from the people of knowledge?
First, the saying of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He): [Al-An'am: 38] The Book referred to here is the Preserved Tablet,For Allah the Exalted said: [Al-An'am: 38] But the meaning you are looking for is: [An-Nahl: 89] The Qur'an is an explanation of everything,And as for His saying (the Exalted): [An-Nisa: 83] This is regarding people who broadcast what they hear of good or evil, or fear or safety, as Allah the Exalted said: [An-Nisa: 83] This indicates that a person should not be a radio for every piece of news he hears, whether it is news of fear or safety, or good or evil that he broadcasts. Rather, it may be better to keep this news that occurred secret. Therefore, it was the way of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) that when he intended a military expedition, he would feint in another direction so that they would not know what he intended.
As for what concerns reconciliation with Israel and the like, the matter is not up to me or to you. This is a matter that concerns the governments, and perhaps the day will come, if Allah wills, when the Jews and Christians will also be cleared from this Arabian Peninsula and its surroundings, so that Allah may deliver us from the evil of these people.
Then be glad, O Muslims, for there will be a great battle between us and the Jews, in which there will be defeat, humiliation, and disgrace for the Jews, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) informed us: (That there will be a great battle between us and them, such that a Jew will take refuge in a tree, and it will say: O servant of Allah! This is a Jew behind me, come and kill him, except for the Ghurqad tree, for it is one of their trees, so it will not inform about them) And we, if Allah wills, await the victory that will be for the Muslims over their enemies from the Jews and Christians. Do not forget the actions of the Christians in other lands, such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also in many other places, and also from non-Christians, such as polytheists and those who associate partners with Allah, like Kashmir and others. So the important thing is that the enemies have now pounced upon the Muslims, and perhaps this, if Allah wills, is the key to victory and relief, so wait. As for what concerns the governments, their affair is with Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and we ask Allah the Exalted to guide them to what is in good and reform.
We have not neglected in the Register a thing
مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الْكِتَابِ مِنْ شَيْءٍBut if they had referred it back to the Messenger or to those of authority among them, then the ones who [can] draw correct conclusions from it would have known about it
وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَى أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنْبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْFirst, the saying of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He):
We have not neglected in the Register a thing
مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الْكِتَابِ مِنْ شَيْءٍAnd there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered.
وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلا طَائِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلَّا أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُمْ مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الْكِتَابِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَAnd We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things
