Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And this one says: Abdullah ... Yes, I intended to buy a car from a company for a total amount of 120,000 in monthly installments.

The questioner : 1200 .

The Shaykh : 1200 riyals. So a person came to me and said: "Take it in your name and transfer it to me for the same value, and I will add 300 riyals to the installment." What is the ruling on this increase? The ruling on this increase is that after you buy it, you sell it to him anew.
Because it is not permissible for a person to sell something before he has taken possession of it.

The questioner : But ... .

The Shaykh : Ah.

The questioner : ... the car, he said: "Give it to me for 300," meaning he pays the installments.

The Shaykh : Do not write it in his name; it is a new contract.

The questioner : It must be written in his name.

The Shaykh : Yes, this is Ali al-Qahtani. Ali al-Qahtani, yes.
