What is the ruling on the greeting of the mosque for a man who enters the mosque five minutes before the Maghrib adhan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Adam Muhammad says this: What is your opinion regarding a person who enters the mosque five minutes or less before the adhan? Does he pray the greeting of the mosque, or does he wait until the sun sets? It is known that the sun sets between the horns of Shaytan, and we have been forbidden from praying at that time. Please inform us, may Allah reward you?
The principle indicated by the texts is that whatever has a cause is performed even in the times of prohibition, even in the narrow times of prohibition. This is the stronger position. Accordingly, if you enter the mosque and there are five minutes remaining until the sun sets, pray, and there is no blame on you.
