What is the ruling on stoning the pillars with pebbles taken from concrete?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Noble father, many pilgrims, when they wish to stone the pillars, use pebbles taken from concrete. We ask for clarification on this, as we are approaching the season of Hajj.

The Shaykh : Some scholars hold that stones taken from concrete do not suffice for stoning unless the piece contains a pebble, because sometimes the concrete stones contain sand and pebbles. If it contains a pebble, there is no harm.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Yes.
