What is the ruling on those who did not perform all the prayers after stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah, claiming fatigue, and when they arrived, they combined all the prayers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, a group of people did not perform all the prayers after stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah until they arrived at their relatives' homes.

The Shaykh : What do you mean?

The questioner : They did not perform all the prayers.

The Shaykh : All of what?

The questioner : The prayers, until they arrived at their relatives' homes. When they arrived, they combined all the prayers, meaning the four days, combining them all at once.

The Shaykh : And why?

The questioner : On the excuse that they were tired and so on, yes.

The Shaykh : As for these people you mentioned who, after stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah, left off the prayer until they returned to their relatives, and their excuse for that is that they were tired, we say: These people have sinned because they delayed the prayer without a valid legal excuse. And making up the prayer does not benefit them, meaning: even if they made it up a thousand times, it will not be accepted from them because they caused it to go beyond the time that Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) specified without an excuse. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected. من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو ردّ
Sahih Muslim 1718b
meaning: it is rejected from him. So convey to them that they should repent to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and return to Him from what they did, and that they should not proceed with anything in acts of worship except after asking the people of knowledge.
