What is your advice to some students who mock some of the scholars who contradict the opinions of their sheikhs?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh: There are some students who have been afflicted with mocking some of the scholars, especially if he contradicts the opinion of his Shaykh, he sometimes curses him. So we ask for a word of advice for these people?

The Shaykh : First: It is obligatory for the student of knowledge to be the first to obey the command of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and to avoid His prohibition, because he is accountable for that from two aspects: The first aspect is that he is like any other person of legal capacity.
And the second is that the student of knowledge is a role model, meaning that whatever action he performs, people will follow his example and cite it as a proof.
So if the student of knowledge is the one who mocks the scholars or those below the scholars, this is a calamity in reality. The obligatory thing for a person when someone contradicts him is to seek an excuse for him, then to contact this contradictor and discuss with him, for perhaps the truth is with him, meaning: with the one who contradicted him, and he should discuss with him with etiquette, respect, and calmness, until the truth becomes clear.
As for his mocking of the one who contradicted the opinion of his Shaykh, this is also an error.
Every person who contradicts you in your statement, it is obligatory for you to attribute to him the best of interpretations, and that this is his independent legal reasoning (ijtihad), and that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will reward him for his ijtihad: if he erred, he gets one reward, and if he hit the mark, he gets two rewards. Then you contact him and discuss with him, and do not be shy, for perhaps it becomes clear that the truth is with you, and you will have a favor over this man, or perhaps the truth becomes clear with him, and he will have a favor over you. As for mockery, this is not at all from the etiquette of the student of knowledge, nor from the etiquette of a believer with his brother.
