Is it true that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed over a deceased person who had debts in the last part of his life?

The questioner : The honorable Shaykh, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) did not pray over a debtor who had a debt, but one of the brothers told me that in the last part of his life he prayed over a debtor. Is this true?
The Shaykh : This is true, because at first, (peace and blessings be upon him), he was of little means and wealth did not gather with him. But when the wealth increased, as Allah indicated in His saying:[Al-Fath 48:20] When the wealth increased with him, it became so that when a deceased person was brought to him with a debt, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would undertake to pay it off and pray over him. From this, it is understood that if a deceased person leaves behind a pledge that is sufficient for his debt, or a guarantor guarantees it, then this debt has no effect on his estate. Included in this is what is now very common in our society: the debt that is established on a person from the Real Estate Development Fund, which is deferred for several years. If these people die after having paid what became due during their lives, they bear no responsibility for the remainder of the debt, because this debt has a pledge, and this pledge is sufficient to pay off the remainder of the debt.
The questioner : He does not become a debtor, meaning.
The Shaykh : Yes.
The questioner : I say, meaning he does not become.
The Shaykh : He does not become a debtor, because now this house has passed to the heirs.
The Shaykh : This is true, because at first, (peace and blessings be upon him), he was of little means and wealth did not gather with him. But when the wealth increased, as Allah indicated in His saying:
Allah has promised you much booty that you will take [in the future] and has hastened for you this
