The questioner : May Allah forgive you. The hadith
The man who said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "What portion of my prayer shall I make for you?" He said (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whatever you wish," until the man said: "I make for you all of my prayer." He said (peace and blessings be upon him): "Then you will be relieved of your worries."
I hope you will clarify the hadith?

The Shaykh : There are two possibilities. The first possibility, and to this the Shaykh al-Islam went, as I think, is that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) knew a specific supplication for him, so the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) wanted to make that entire specific supplication for the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).
The second aspect is that it is said: the meaning is that you share the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in every supplication you make. Otherwise, it is known that if a person took the apparent meaning of the hadith, he would not say "O Allah, forgive me," nor "O Allah, have mercy on me," nor "O Allah, provide for me," but rather he would say "O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad," and that would suffice for his worries. This is contrary to what the Shari'ah brought. A person is commanded to supplicate for himself in prostration, in the sitting between the two prostrations, and in the opening supplication according to one of the ways that have been reported in it. So this is understood in two meanings: either the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) knew that he was supplicating with a specific supplication, so the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) wanted to make it for the Messenger, or the meaning is that he shares him with him in his supplication, as if he said: the whole prayer means everything I supplicate for myself, I send blessings upon you.
