The Book of Mosques and Places of Prayer-02b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Abu al-Kamil al-Juhdri narrated to us, and Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us from Kathir from Ata from Jabir, who said:
We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he sent me on an errand. I returned and found him praying on his mount, with his face facing a direction other than the qiblah. I greeted him, but he did not respond to me. When he finished the prayer, he said: “Nothing prevented me from responding to you except that I was praying.”
