The reciter: And Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Ibn Bashshar narrated to me, and they said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, and Shu'bah narrated to us from Ata' ibn Abi Maimunah from Abu Rafi' who said: رأيت أبا هريرة يسجد في إذا السماء انشقت فقلت تسجد فيها فقال : نعم رأيت خليلي صلى الله عليه وسلم يسجد فيها فلا أزال أسجد فيها حتى ألقاه قال شعبة قلت : النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال نعم I saw Abu Hurayrah prostrating in [the surah] "When the Sky is Split," so I said to him: Do you prostrate in it? He said: Yes, I saw my close friend, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), prostrating in it, so I will not cease to prostrate in it until I meet him. Shu'bah said: I said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)? He said: Yes..
The Shaykh : His saying: "My close friend." The *khullah* (intimate friendship) is the highest type of love. The poet said to his beloved:
You have penetrated the path of my soul, and thus the close friend is called a close friend.
And we do not know that Allah the Exalted took a close friend except for two close friends: Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and Ibrahim (peace be upon him). And since the *khullah* is the highest type of love, it becomes clear to us the error of those who say: "Ibrahim is the close friend of Allah, and Muhammad is the beloved of Allah," because if he says this, he has diminished the right of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Why?Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 26:27.
And in this hadith, among the contexts that Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) presented, is evidence for the establishment of the prostration in:[Al-Inshiqaq 84:1], and [Al-'Alaq 96:1].

Indeed, Allah took me as a close friend just as He took Ibrahim as a close friend.
