The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon His servant and Messenger, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the chapter: "The recommendation of cooling down for the Zuhr prayer in intense heat:"
He said: Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us, saying: I heard Muhajir, Abu al-Hasan, narrating that he heard Zayd ibn Wahb narrating from Abu Dharr, who said:
The mu'adhdhin of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) called the adhan for the Zuhr prayer, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cool down, cool down," or he said: "Wait, wait." He said: "The intensity of the heat is from the scorching heat of Hell. So when the heat becomes intense, cool down regarding the prayer." Abu Dharr said: "Until we saw the shadow of the dunes."
.

The Shaykh : In some wordings of the Sahih, it is stated that the shadow reached the dune, and this indicates that he delayed it until close to the 'Asr prayer. In it is evidence for what we have mentioned previously, that the adhan follows the prayer. However, if a person is in a town, the adhan is called for the people at the entry of the time to hasten those who wish to hasten. Yes.
