Do we say that the one who uttered a word of disbelief out of intense anger does not become a disbeliever, by analogy with the one who said it out of intense joy?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... out of intense anger, is it analogous to ...?

The Shaykh : Analogous to what?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Did he intend the speech? This angry man who was extremely angry and cursed the religion, may Allah protect us from that, did he do that out of will?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Yes?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Unless it was done out of will, Allah does not hold one accountable for it,
Allah does not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He imposes blame upon you for what your hearts have earned لا يُؤاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغوِ في أَيمانِكُم وَلكِن يُؤاخِذُكُم بِما كَسَبَت قُلوبُكُم
[Al-Baqarah 2:225]
So, for this angry man, his speech is of no consequence, neither in what concerns the rights of Allah nor in what concerns the rights of people. For this reason, if his anger intensified and he divorced his wife, for example, a man whose father angered him regarding his wife and said, "Divorce your wife," so he got angry and said, "You have made things difficult for me regarding my wife, my wife is divorced, and all my property is endowed, yes, and every slave I own is free, and the clothes I am wearing are endowed to the poor out of intense anger," what of this is executed?
The student: Nothing.

The Shaykh : Nothing. The wife is not divorced, the female slaves are not freed, the properties are not endowed, and the clothes on him are not endowed, because he did not intend it. Now, if a person says that his tongue uttered a word of disbelief and he says he was joking.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Then yes, this one is undoubtedly held accountable, as the Exalted said,
(65) And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" (66) Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you - We will punish another faction because they were criminals.
[At-Tawbah 9:65-66]
And because this one intended disbelief while joking, but in a way of mockery. For this reason, we say that the disbelief of the joker is more severe than the disbelief of the serious one, because he is a disbeliever and more, may Allah protect us from that. Yes? Faras?
