Explanation of the Book of Friday Prayer and the Two Festivals-10b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Asbagh narrated to us, Ibn Wahb informed me, Amr informed me from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, who was informed by his father from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), that he used to report from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
The sun and the moon do not eclipse because of the death or life (i.e. birth) of someone but they are two signs amongst the signs of Allah. When you see them offer the prayer. إن الشمس والقمر لا يخسفان لموت أحد ولا لحياته، ولكنهما آيتان من آيات الله، فإذا رأيتموها فصلوا
