If a person praying alone forgets to say the phrase "Allahu Akbar" when moving from one pillar to another, what is required of him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a person praying alone forgets to say the phrase "Allahu Akbar" when moving from one pillar to another, what is required of him?

The Shaykh : He must perform the prostration for forgetfulness before the closing salam, because the most likely correct view is that the takbirs of transition are among the obligatory acts of the prayer. If a person leaves out any of the obligatory acts of the prayer, he must perform the prostration for forgetfulness. The prostration for forgetfulness is performed before the salam because it is for a deficiency.
As for the takbir of ihram, it is a pillar without which the prayer is not valid. If a person forgets the takbir of ihram and begins with al-Fatihah and completes his prayer, we say that he must repeat the prayer, because the prayer was not valid since he did not say the takbir of ihram.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
