Regarding the one who left on the night after midnight, and stoned, shaved, and performed the tawaf of ifadhah before dawn, is this considered the major release?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the one who left on the night after midnight, and stoned, shaved, and performed the tawaf of ifadhah before dawn, is this considered the major release?

The Shaykh : The second: if he stoned, shaved, performed tawaf, and sa'y, he has released himself from the major release.

The questioner : Even if it was before dawn?

The Shaykh : Even if it was before dawn. And it has reached me that some people, may Allah guide them, who have made Hajj merely a custom, and who are from a country close to Makkah, when the sun sets on the Day of 'Arafah, they cook their dinner and their sacrificial animals, and enter the state of ihram from their country. Then they go out to 'Arafah in this beautiful, pleasant night, and they stay there to eat dinner and enjoy themselves while in the state of ihram for Hajj. Then, when they finish their dinner and enjoyment, they leave for Muzdalifah, where they pray Maghrib and 'Isha' combined with delay. Then they walk all the way to Mina, where they stone the pillars and shave. Then they go down to Makkah and perform tawaf and sa'y before dawn. Then they go to their families in their country, and the man sleeps with his wife on the night of the festival. Is this Hajj? This is a corrupt abbreviation. A corrupt abbreviation of the books is not acceptable. So how is this? And that is because, with great regret, people—may Allah pardon us—perform Hajj as if it is something ordinary. The person does not feel that he is in worship, and that he is now wearing the clothes of the dead, with no shirt, no trousers, and nothing else, wrapping himself in an izar and a rida'. He does not remember this great gathering, these people going and those coming. He does not remember the Day of Resurrection. If you stood at 'Arafah, you would see the people, those who are walking on their feet, and you would surely remember the Day of Resurrection, except for a man whose heart has died. For this reason, people just say "Hajj, Hajj, Hajj." And we have explained to you before the man who stood at 'Arafah, then went directly from 'Arafah to Makkah, performed tawaf and sa'y, and returned to his country. I said to him, "How is that?" He said, "Hajj is finished. I stood at 'Arafah, performed tawaf and sa'y, and I appointed someone to stone on my behalf, or he said, 'Later I will slaughter a sheep for the stoning.' And on the night of Muzdalifah, I slaughtered a sheep for the stay, and for the stay in Mina, I slaughtered a sheep for him, and for the farewell tawaf, I slaughtered a sheep for him, and we are done." Is this Hajj? This is, by Allah, making a mockery of the signs of Allah. I have not been given a choice between this and that until you do it. May Allah guide us among those He has guided. Yes.
