If garlic and onions are cooked and their smell goes away, is it permissible to pray in the mosque?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If the smell of garlic and onions harms the worshippers, and for that reason the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade those who eat garlic and onions from attending the mosque, then if the garlic and onions are cooked, should one not attend the mosque?

The Shaykh : There is nothing wrong with it. Yes, the Messenger said this.
