Does what some women do of gathering their hair into a ball fall under the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): “Their heads are like the humps of tilted camels”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What some women do of gathering the hair on their heads into a ball at the back of the head, does it fall under the warning:
Women who are clothed yet naked, their heads like the humps of tilted camels نساء كاسيات عاريات رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت
?

The Shaykh : As for a woman gathering her hair for work and then letting it down afterward, that does no harm, because she is not doing this for adornment or beautification, but out of necessity.
As for raising and gathering it for the sake of adornment, if it is raised upward, it falls under the prohibition, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Their heads are like the humps of camels. رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت
And the hump is located on top. If it is on the neck, it does not fall under it, but one should be cautious of it if the woman intends to go out to the market, for if she goes out to the market and gathers it on her neck, it will protrude from behind the abaya and draw attention, so she is forbidden from doing so if she intends to go out to the market.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : No, she is forbidden from doing this, the right side.
