A man performing the Dhuha prayer during official working hours, given that visitors do not come at this time.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, a man performs the Dhuha prayer while he is on official duty.

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : A man performs the Dhuha prayer and his work is official; he leaves his office for about a quarter of an hour, given that there are no visitors in the office at that time. Is it prescribed for him to do so, or is it [permissible] despite the official duty? Even though he is praying in the same administration where he works, he is just outside his office...?

The Shaykh : If his prayer of the two rak'ahs of Dhuha does not necessitate a deficiency in the obligatory duty, then there is no harm.

The questioner : I mean, if he has no visitors and no important transactions, does he perform the prayer?

The Shaykh : Whether the transactions are important or not, if he has transactions, it is not permissible. If he is being visited, it is not permissible. And if his visitor prevents him, it is not permissible. Yes.
