Are the means of da'wah (calling to Islam) restricted to what is explicitly prescribed, or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : There has been much discussion regarding the means of da'wah (calling to Islam) as to whether they are restricted to what is explicitly prescribed or not. What is the definitive ruling on this issue?
The definitive ruling is that the means of da'wah (calling to Islam) are whatever leads to the call, and they are not restricted to what is explicitly prescribed. However, it is not permissible to use a forbidden means for the call, such as if someone were to say: "These people will not accept unless you play music or flutes or the like." This is forbidden. As for anything else, any means that leads to the intended goal is required.
