Can a woman tie her face covering, or can she wear a head covering without tying it, given that it is not easy to see clearly during tawaf, sa'y, and stoning the pillars?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : She says: Can a woman tie her face covering, or can she wear a head covering without tying it, given that it is not easy to see clearly when we drape the jilbab over our faces during tawaf, sa'y, and stoning the pillars?
We say: There is nothing wrong with it if the face covering becomes necessary and it cannot be done except by tightening and tying it, whether in the state of ihram or otherwise. There is nothing wrong with this.
