How to reconcile Allah’s saying: [So confine them in the houses] regarding the female fornicator, with the flogging and banishment for the male virgin fornicator?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : How do we reconcile the fact that the prescribed punishment for the virgin female fornicator is one hundred lashes and one year of banishment, with the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way.
[An-Nisa 4:15]
?

The Shaykh : Yes, we reconcile them by the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Receive from me (this revelation), receive from me (this revelation). Allah has ordained a way for those women (unmarried females who committed adultery). خذوا عنّي، خذوا عنّي، فقد جعل الله لهنّ سبيلاً
Bulugh al-Maram 10:2
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified that Allah has provided a way out for them in His saying:
The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes الزّانية والزّاني فاجلدوا كلّ واحدٍ منهما مائة جلدة
[An-Nur 24:2]
Thus, this verse abrogates the verse in Surat al-Nisa, or if you wish, say: it clarifies it, because the verse in Surat al-Nisa does not assert with certainty that this is the punishment, for Allah said:
or Allah ordains for them [another] way. أو يجعل الله لهنّ سبيلاً
[An-Nisa 4:15]
So Allah provided a way out for them.
