What is the ruling on bringing a non-Muslim female servant into the Haram?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the ruling on bringing a non-Muslim female servant and entering her into the Haram?

The Shaykh : Answer me: how does he take a non-Muslim woman to the Sacred Mosque when Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says:
so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram فَلا يَقْرَبُوا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ
[At-Tawbah 9:28]
? This is forbidden for him. If he is compelled to do this, he should say to her: "Submit to Islam."
If she submits to Islam, that is what is required. If she does not submit, he must either stay with her or send her back to her people. Bringing her to Mecca is not permissible. First, it is disobedience to Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Second, it is a desecration of the Haram.

The questioner : He, O Shaykh, is from outside this country and brought her with him. When he asked about the ruling and was told it is not permissible, does he have to return?

The Shaykh : Yes, he must return, along with her, or send her back to her country.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Yes.
