Is this hadith general for Hajj and 'Umrah: (No servant whose body I have made sound and whose livelihood I have widened for him shall pass five years without coming to me as a pilgrim)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : The hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
If a servant whose body I have made sound and whose livelihood I have widened for him passes five years without coming to me as a pilgrim إن عبدًا أصححت له جسمه ووسعت عليه في معيشته يمضي عليه خمسة أعوام لا يفد إلي لمحروم
Does this include Hajj and 'Umrah, or only Hajj?

The Shaykh : By Allah, I do not know; I do not know about this hadith.

The questioner : The Shaykh mentioned this in *al-Silsilah al-Sahihah*.

The Shaykh : I do not know.

The questioner : It is from the hadith of Abu Sa'id.

The Shaykh : By Allah, I do not know about its authenticity.

The questioner : If it is established, O Shaykh, as authentic.

The Shaykh : It cannot be established. If the meaning is Hajj and 'Umrah, it is never established, because it is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) that when he mentioned Hajj, al-Aqra' ibn Habis said to him:
Are we to perform Hajj every year?” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Had I said ‘yes’, it would have become a (yearly) obligation. Hajj is obligatory only once in one’s lifetime. Whatever one does over and above this is supererogatory (a voluntary act) for him. أفي كل عام يا رسول الله قال : لو قلت نعم لوجبت الحج مرة فما زاد فهو تطوع
Bulugh al-Maram 720
And if this hadith were authentic, then what is in excess of it would be voluntary, and there is an obligation in it. So I think this hadith is not authentic. Yes, the left one, how? Do you have something? You are fine, take it, it is your turn, here.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : In Unayzah, yes.
