Explanation of the Book of Clothing-07b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Zuhayr narrated to us, saying: Hisham ibn 'Urwah narrated to us that 'Urwah informed him:
That Zaynab bint Abi Sulaym informed him: that Umm Sulaym informed her: that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was with her, and there was a eunuch in the house. He said to 'Abdullah, the brother of Umm Sulaym: "O 'Abdullah, if Allah opens up Ta'if for you tomorrow, I will direct you to the daughter of Ghaylan, for she comes in with four and goes out with eight." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Let not these enter upon you."
. Abu 'Abdullah said:
Comes in with four and goes out تقبل بأربع وتدبر
, meaning four folds...

The Shaykh : Folds of her belly.
The reader: Four folds of her belly, so she comes in with them. And his saying: "and goes out with eight," means...

The Shaykh : Means the ends of these four folds.
The reader: Means the ends of these four folds, because they encircle the sides until they meet. He said "with eight" and did not say "with eight and one," and the singular of "ends" is "end," and it is masculine, because it was not "eight ends."

The Shaykh : Yes, he did not say "eight ends." Do you have "eight" in all the copies?

The questioner : I have "eight."

The Shaykh : Eight ends. Okay, this description of the woman, the precise description that hardly anyone knows or reaches, came from this eunuch. What does it indicate?

The questioner : There is desire.

The Shaykh : That there is desire in him for women, and he looks at them, yes, and he contemplates their beauties. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Let not these enter upon you لا يدخل هؤلاء عليكن
or
Let not these enter لا يدخلن
with emphasis. This indicates that these eunuchs, if no suspicion appears from them, there is no harm in their entering, and there is no harm in a woman uncovering herself to him or not veiling from him, because he has no desire for women. But if it is known through circumstances that he has desire, then it is obligatory that he not enter.
